Tabar, at just 19 years old, underwent over 50 cosmetic surgeries to transform her appearance. While never explicitly stating her desire to emulate Jolie, her heavily edited photos on social media drew comparisons. However, skepticism arose regarding the authenticity of her surgeries, with many suspecting significant digital manipulation.

Rise to Infamy on Social Media

Tabar’s unconventional aesthetics garnered a large following on Instagram, though her account was eventually deleted due to her mother’s disapproval. Despite criticism, Tabar defended her choices as a form of artistic expression, distancing herself from intentions to mimic Jolie.

Legal Woes and Confinement

Arrested in 2019 for alleged blasphemous content and other charges, Tabar received a severe prison sentence and was incarcerated in Qarchak Prison, known for its harsh conditions. Iranian activist Masih Alinejad appealed to Angelina Jolie for support in Tabar’s case, citing her youth and the severity of her punishment.
